Itinerary

• Day 1: International Arrival, Delhi

  Welcome to India! Upon arrival at India Gandhi International Airport, you are greeted by our representative. Transferred to the hotel where our representative helps you check in and briefs you about the following tours. Have some free time on your own to adjust to the new time zone.

• Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing

  After breakfast, start your tour today with the visit to Old Delhi to see Jama Masjid and then a unique glance at local life by an exploration to the bustling local bazaar of Chandni Chowk on rickshaw.

  Pass by Red Fort before driving to New Delhi for Qutub Minar. Continue to Raj Ghat, drive along the city landmarks of India Gate, President's House, Parliament House & Government Secretariat Buildings and stop for photo opportunity there. Finish today with an insight into the local religion at a colorful Hindu Temple - Laxmi Narayan Temple.

  Tips: Female tourists are asked to wear robes before entering Jama Masjid.

• Day 3: Delhi - Kathmandu (By Air)

  After hotel checkout, our representative will escort you to Delhi airport for your flight to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, be greeted by our representative and transferred to hotel. Our representative assists you with hotel check-in and briefs you about the following tours. Rest of the day is at leisure.

• Day 4: Kathmandu - Patan (Lalitpur) - Kathmandu

  City tour starts with an exploration of Kathmandu Valley from Ason Tole Vegetable & Spice Market which offers a vivid local life of Nepali people. Continue your visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square where you will see Kumari Temple which houses the living Goddess and have an external view of Taleju Temple and Kala Bhairav.

  Afternoon, proceed to Patan city (about 15min driving) to visit the Panta Durbar Square - one of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley.

  Later at dusk visit Swayambhunath, a stupa on the top of hill, offering the panorama of Kathmandu city. 

  Optional: If weather is nice, you could take an optional flight trip to see Mt. Everest & Himalaya up-close in the morning, which takes about one hour and all seats are windows guaranteed. 1-hour schedule Flight USD200 per person.

• Day 5: Kathmandu - Bhaktapur - Nagarkot

  After breakfast, you will visit Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa. Afternoon head to Bhaktapur city where you will discover Bhaktapur Durbar Square, one of the seven UNESCO's World Heritage Sites of the Kathmandu Valley. Later transfer to Nagarkot, check in to the hotel.
  

  In the evening enjoy with an unobstructed sunset view from your lovely hotel (if weather permits).

• Day 6: Nagarkot - Kathmandu - Lucknow - Varanasi

  Wake up in the early morning, enjoy the breathtaking sunrise view of high snow-capped mountains at your hotel. Have a good rest before checking out from hotel at noon.
  

  Later return to Kathmandu city and be escorted to airport for your flight to Varanasi with short layover at Lucknow. Upon your arrival at Varanasi, our representative greets you at the airport and helps you settle down at hotel.

• Day 7: Senses of the Ganges River, Varanasi

  Wake up earlier for a sunrise boat cruise on the Ganges River, vivid picture of devoted Hindus bathe in the river offering the prayers against morning sunlight make the journey quite rewarding.

  Return to the hotel for breakfast followed by a brief city tour to Banaras Hindu University, Golden Temple and Bharat Mata Temple which is dedicated to Mother India.

  Afternoon continues your adventure to Sarnath (The Deer Park) where the Buddha preached his first sermon and Sarnath Museum (closed on Friday).

  Evening witness the thousand-year-old Aarti Ceremony during which worshippers pray near the water by the light of candles and lanterns.

• Day 8: Varanasi - Delhi - Agra

  Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and be escorted to Varanasi airport for your flight to Delhi. Be picked up at the Delhi airport exit and your private driver will drive you to Agra (approx. 4.5 hours). Check in to your Agra hotel upon your arrival. Rest of the day at leisure.

• Day 9: Timeless Taj Mahal, Agra

  Rise early for a visit to the Taj Mahal in all its glory as the sun is rising, which is the best time to see this world-famous man made wonder. Return to your hotel for breakfast and freshen-up. Afternoon visit Agra Fort and end your day at Mehtab Bagh (moonlight garden), on the opposite side of the Yamuna River, which is a nice place to witness Taj Mahal from another angle.

• Day 10: Agra - Jaipur

  After breakfast, head west to Jaipur (approx. 5 hours) stopping en route to visit Fatehpur Sikri, the former royal city and capital of Emperor of Akbar, boasting one of the finest examples of Mughal architectural splendor at its height. Check in to hotel upon your arrival at Jaipur. Rest of the day is at your leisure.

• Day 11: Jaipur Discovery

  Today you have a full day private tour of Amber Fort and Jaipur city. The morning journey starts with a jeep ride ascend to the entrance of Hillside Amber Fort, located in Amer, a town 11 km away from Jaipur city. Inside also visit the fabulous Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors).

  Return to Jaipur city you will be taken to Maharaja City Palace, a royal palace with seven storeys as well as Jantar Mantar, the observatory. This wonderful observatory is attracted by mathematician as well as astronomers of the whole world. City Palace is a perfect blend of all three excellent styles (Mughal, Rajput, and European). Another palace, Hawa Mahal is popular all over the world for its magnificent architecture. You will be taken through a pink rose garden, the business center of Jaipur.

• Day 12: Jaipur - Delhi, Departure

  After breakfast, check out from the hotel and return to Delhi by private A/C vehicle. On arrival, you could go to some markets for last minute shopping before heading to Delhi airport. In time, be escorted to the airport for your flight to your onward destination.
