Reviews about This Tour
This tour rating 5 out of 5 based on 5 reviews.
Mavis and I exchanged lots of emails over a few weeks planning the trip and she was always helpful and prompt in her replies, usually within a few hours. She helped plan our route, including many changes I requested and never tried to force anything into the itinerary we didn't want.
IOT were also the cheapest and most responsive of all the Sri Lanka tour companies we received quotes from.
Before we departed the UK, we had a confirmed itinerary and hotel bookings plus emergency 24 hour contact numbers for Mavis, IOT, their tour agency partner in Sri Lanka and our driver/guide for our visit.
Our driver was excellent, met us at the airport and accompanied us for a majority of the holiday and was always available by mobile phone if required (a phone which the tour company supplied for the duration of our trip). The car was clean and modern and the driver had excellent local knowledge.
We would have no hesitation in recommending both IOT and Mavis.
