Reviews about This Tour
This tour rating 5 out of 5 based on 5 reviews.
Days were packed with activities, and yet we were able to relax as well.
Our driver guide, Aruna, was informative, kind and extremely organized. He was able to modify our plans slightly based on the weather and unforeseen situations.
At the end, we experienced a bit of a snag with a hotel I had booked on my own upon checkout. Monica and the Colombo team was able to help us resolve that situation, for which we are extremely grateful.
Monica regularly WhatsApped us to ensure our travels unfolded well. The office in Colombo called on a couple of occasions to check on us, too. We felt safe and in very good hands, so we could just relax and enjoy our discovery.
When we do decide on our next trip to Asia, we will certainly turn to Odyssey again to plan and guide us through the region.
Thank you so much to all for making our holiday a success!
The hotels Odyssey selected were ideal and each room on each day had a separate bed for our son. The organization was perfect and to top it off, our Oddysey contact Monica checked in on via email every few days...a very nice touch. She was wonderful!!! Sri Lanka has it all from pretty beaches, gorgeous high country tea plantations, the world's most scenic train ride, down to wild game parks. But best of all is the people...they are all smiling and friendly to tourists and nobody tried to rip us off and we felt remarkably safe. A true cultural journey with Oddysey is a sure bet...at a great value.
